What you need to do
We accept 'returns' of faulty goods. Returned items should be proven to be faulty and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that in no circumstances can we accept 'returns' of items of an intimate nature unless these are proven to be faulty..
Our Warranty on Play Room equipment
The Hog Works offers 3 months warranty on all 'Play Room' equipment. We will repair or replace an item if it is returned within this time frame.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items requested are the correct size before a purchase is made, we do not accept returned items that are the incorrect
size.
Returns procedure
1 : Contact The Hog Works by phone, email or in writing for Return Authorisation
2 : Pack the item SECURELY in the original packaging
3 : Put a note in the parcel with your details and describing the problem
4 : Post item to the address we will give you.
5 : Use a signed for courier service to make sure the item arrives safely and quickly

Can I collect my item?
Yes, you can collect your item providing that you have made prior arrangements to do so. All items collected are subject to a picking fee of £5.00.To arrange a collection time please call or email a member of our team.
Refunds
Any refunds issued will be refunded via the payment method you had purchased your item with or via cheque.
We do not refund delivery charges on any returns.

Q. Problem with checkout?

A. It may be because you have Norton internet security or equivalent installed and setup incorrectly. The Hog Works.com is committed to the highest levels of consumer protection. However, the technology we use to create your shopping bag (cookies, JavaScript, etc) can sometimes be misclassified by your security software as a threat. SlingFrame.co.uk does not employ any technology that can harm your computer. If you experience difficulties adding items to your shopping bag or using our checkout, please adjust your security settings (see below). In Internet Explorer, setting the privacy setting (under Tools > Internet Options... > Security) to "Very High" or "Highest" prevents you from adding items to your shopping bag. The highest setting you can shop with is "Medium." Nearly all e-commerce sites require cookies to be set like this to function correctly.

Norton Personal Firewall
- Double click on the Norton Personal Firewall icon in the tray.
- Click on the Open option in the pop-up menu.

- Click on the Personal Firewall option in the Options menu box.
- Click the Advanced Options button at the bottom of the Norton Personal Firewall Options menu box to retrieve the default settings menu box.
- Make sure you are in the "Web" tab. There may be several domains already listed in this area.
- Click on the Add Site button at the bottom of the Web defaults window.
- You will need to enter TheHogWorks.com as a new default. This should active the default rules section of that window.
- Make sure the Cookies and Refer (under Browsing Privacy) are set to permit as a default rule for the www.thehogworks.com domain.
- Click OK, and then click OK again

About Products on Sale

Q. Are all your products handmade? A. We have a selection of handmade products. We have been designing and manufacturing steel dungeon equipment for some time and can make almost any item.

Q. An item I bought is now on sale, can you refund the difference? A. I?m afraid we cannot advise before hand what items will be on sale and unfortunately cannot refund the difference if a particular item does go on sale.

Q. Is there more information available on a product?

Q. I have a particular product that I would like to be created, can you produce it?
A. Again email us at: info@thehogworks.com including as much information as you can, and we will do our best to create the item for you. We will not; however, replicate any competitor?s products, but only make similar items. This is unethical, we believe highly in karma.

About Orders

Q. How do I place an order? A. Firstly find the product you would like to purchase by using the category menu. Then on the product view select the quantity and any options available (e.g. size) and click ?Add to Basket?, your browser will refresh and take you to your shopping basket.
Either checkout from this screen or continue to add more items to your shopping basket by clicking "Continue Shopping". If you decide to continue add any other items you wish to purchase or if finished click on either "Check out" on the top menu or the basket summary displayed on the top right below the menu Now follow the checkout by entering your personal details and payment information. Once complete you will be issued with an order confirmation and invoice.

Q. I have already placed an order, can I change it? A. This will depend on the status of your order. Simply email us at: info@thehogworks.com stating your order number and what you would like amended and we will confirm if changes can be made.

A. Again this depends how far your order is currently in the system. Simply email us at info@thehogworks qouting your order number and that you wish to cancel your order. If it is possible we will cancel and issue a refund.

Q. Do I send payment before you send the order? A. Yes, we will not process your order until payment has been received.

Q. How long after receiving payment will the order be sent? A. If payment is done instantly via our Card Payment gateway then your item will be produced. It normally takes no longer than four weeks to produce your item. Orders paid by cheque can take 5 days to process. We will start to produce your order once your payment has cleared.

Q. When should I expect my order? A. Once your order has been produced, the shipping time is normally 2-5 days within the UK and 7-10 days overseas. Please allow 4-5 weeks for bespoke items.
